On Blast from the Past, it's okay but I found some of your negetives to be nitpicking.

In the second episode with the two Kryptonians, Mala is voiced by Sarah Douglas aka Ursa from Superman 2.

Bruce Timm and company wanted to have General Zod in the series with Terrence Stamp voicing, but in this day in age I've gotten used to him as Jor-El on Smallville.

On Speed Demons, it's average, your gripes on Flash's humor, I disagree with.

Love the race scene at the end which was also adapted for the end of "Run", where Clark and Bart raced, which is still the first and best superhero episode that was made.

Honestly, "Blasts from the Past" was a terrible two-part episode. The voice acting, animation, cartoon-like scowling by Mala — they all came together to form a, sadly, forgettable episode. It had a wicked amount of potential, but failed on so many levels.

It's great that they had Sarah Douglas play a role similar to that of Ursa, and that they wanted Terence Stamp for Zod / Jax-Ur, but that doesn't excuse the poor quality of the episode.

As noted during WFP 24, "Speed Demons" was an homage to the Silver Age races between Superman and Flash, so it was that — not the race in "Speed Demons" — that was adapted for the race in Smallville.
